Apartment Review for Wyndchase Apartments - Nashville, TN

Watch out for Wyndchase. The place is really going to the dogs in terms of resident quality, landscaping care (there is dog doo EVERYWHERE), and management responsiveness. There is the same management company but new manager since mid 2005 and since the change things have gone from good to bad. Things will be in poor quality when you move in, and you will get charged for those same things being in poor quality when you move out. Be prepared to PAY even though they offer low security deposit. I would recommend you look elsewhere as there are plenty of cheaper places in Bellevue that could only be better than Wyndchase.
