CIf you don't mind sharing your home with cockroaches and spiders then Welch Bend is the place for you. If you don't mind having a maintence problem go unanswered for days and weeks at a time then you have the ability to become a handyman at home living at Welch Bend. I wouldn't let my dog live in an apartment on the Welch Bend property or with any property owned by Freeman and Webb.
