Apartment Review for Waterford Place Apartments - Nashville, TN

Waterford Apts is a great place to live. Two story buildings with 4-6 units per building -- more like condo living than apt living. Management has been very easy to work with. I have lived there two years and moving to a different school district, but wish I could bring my apt with me. I have a 3 BR with lots of room - very large bedrooms and lots of windows. Rent only increased $15/month when I renewed. There are only about 100 units in the complex so attention to each resident is greater than in complexes with hundreds of units. Balconies and patios are private -- lots of grass for the kids to play. Like having a yard -- without having to mow.
