Apartment Review for Waterford Place Apartments - Nashville, TN

From the first encounter with managment, we thought Waterford would be a great place to live. The units are nice and the property is maintained. However, they seem to have an issue with their policy regarding neighbors disturbing others with excessive noise. In fact, Equity Properties' lease contract is very weak on regards to repremanding tennants who disturb others. I don't believe noise is an overall problem with Waterford, but the current management is too passive to deal with these type of tennant relation issues.
