Apartment Review for Waterford Crossings - Nashville, TN

Do not rent from this place! No assigned parking (advertised). It is a gilded turd, crap just painted over to look nice. Don't expect any customer service. Expect to be ass-raped on the day of check-out. You will be charged for everything, EVERYTHING. $2 per light bulb, $30 for a dirty fridge, $30 for a dirty oven, $20 per carpet stain. If you are late once on rent, regardless of reason, you will be charged an additional $210. These are money grubbing whores! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
