Apartment Review for Villas At Metrocenter - Nashville, TN

This apartment complex is newly-constructed and includes amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and two full baths among other features. The bedrooms are a good size and there is a nice size balcony. However, the building itself and its location are the pros of living there. Surrounding noise from neighboring apartments can be a problem due to the construction of the apartment and its extremely thin walls. The best locations are either a top floor or three bedroom apartment located on either side of the building. Management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and have been known to give no notice of when to expect someone to come and attend to something. They are also not responsive to resident concerns, and if they do not agree with a concern they will totally tune out any future concerns from said resident. This is a good place to live if you do not care to hold the management office accountable for doing their jobs.
