Apartment Review for The Park At Melrose - Nashville, TN

I've lived in various different apartment settings, and this is easily the worst place I've ever lived. In the 10 months I've been here I've had electric problems, security problems, air conditioning problems, bursting water pipes, and water-heater malfunctions. In many of these cases maintenance was called three to four times before anything was done. Please trust me, the savings in rent is definately not worth the stress of living in this apartment. Rather I actually feel like I've been throwing my money away. I'm counting down the days until my lease is up.
