ALERT!! FINE PRINT TO READ: Normal Security Deposit per every WEB SITE for this Property says $300 and when I when there, their voices referred to paying the $300 security deposit. BUT in truth (which you will find out if you claim your full deposit returned) that the fine print in the lease documents states that only $150 is a security deposit and $150 is an "Administrative Fee" which you CANNOT EVER GET BACK. So when I went to collect my FULL DEPOSIT which they admitted I deserved, my check was only $150. Devious, and I think most likely illegal as they post $300 security deposit EVERYWHERE and then the ask you for a check for a $300 security deposit, and then smile and joyfully tell you that you should have read the fine print! BEWARE read before you move in and, if you're already in; and you can't make this apt perfect, why clean, they've got $150 of what you thought was your money already and you will never see it again! ANOTHER WAY THEY GET INTO YOUR POCKET!! Most of the USA, considers a bill that comes due on SUNDAY when offices are closed to be officially moved to a due date of the following MONDAY when offices are open. EVEN THE IRS DOES THIS. Not the Knolls -- they use this to get more money from you. If your rent is due on Sunday, and their office IS closed, so you pay on Monday, BOOM! you'll pay a $100 penalty. That's what they did to me and as bad as it hurt this struggling musician, they actually seemed happy or should I say joyful in getting that one over on me. Also the kitchen cabinets look like filthy layers of plywood all coming apart and hideously soiled.
