Apartment Review for Riverwood Apartments - Nashville, TN

The appts. are used to be really nice blue until they were sold and were painted a pucky beige color. They are letting the place run down. Using parts after parts on other appt. to fix ac units, I call it ghetto rigging up etc. And the carpet don't expect to get new you'll get whats been there thru several renters. The bathrooms need to be updated along with the kitchens and the cabinets please. The commodes wobble that is scary. Bugs and other crawly things etc. The appts. have a weird smell to them. And the club house office don't expect anything there either it's falling apart and the Office lady Sharon ghetto as they come. Don't stop by drive right past the place.
