Apartment Review for Post Ridge Apartments - Nashville, TN

Never again! The office staff is extremely unprofessional and no one checks to make sure the work is being done. I had to bring photos of shoddy workmanship to the manager and STILL fight to have things fixed properly. My lease was incorrect for an entire YEAR, I checked in every month to see if it was fixed, and in the end they decided it couldn't be fixed and tried to have a collection agency collect a month's rent I didn't owe. While trying to figure out how this happened, the manager hung up on me, refused to give a regional manager's name, and would not accept any responsibility for what happened! From day one we could not trust the company to have the lease correct, the rent bill correct, the maintenance correct, or to be up front and honest. Horrible experience.
