Apartment Review for Polopark - Nashville, TN

water leaks dont get fixed, new appliances that should work dont, the cleanup is horrible, nails everywhere, the remodeling theyre doing is stupid, theyre tearing down nice brick to put up vinyl siding that they will be replacing in a year because it fades and mildew, they do everything ass backwards, the banging on the walls sounds like its coming thru your walls, nails on the outside puncture on the walls inside, that looks great, leave your house full of dust, all the workers stare at you when you drive thru, you cant even see to get up the steps because of no lighting or even get in your house, it takes maintenance ten times to conme back and fix a problem before its finally fixed, no security or gates to keep people out, have a friend that had a BOAT stollen here, i can go on and on, not to mention you can never get with the head manager, shes nevr in the office or returns calls, should be fired, trust me dont waste ur time or money a horrible experience.
