Water pipe problems GALORE!! Car theft!! RUDEST MANAGEMENT on the face of the earth!! If you enjoy having your personal belongings soaked and ruined by water pipes bursting and don't mind your car windows being busted & are a glutton for punishment and enjoy being talked down to by ever changing office staff, then this is the place for you. Oh, by the way, the new groundskeeper walks around without his shirt on and the crack of his behind sticking out of his pants. Wow, what AMENITIES!!  Need to rent an apartment?
