Apartment Review for Nob Hill Villa - Nashville, TN

I lived there almost a year. For the price lots of square footage. My neighbors were always coming and going could not tell who lived where. Pest control was a BIG Issue. Maintenance did fix things quickly. Had resident functions so you get to know neighbors. Surrounding neghborhood is bad cops are out there every night, and gate does not work ever. I am moving though. Someone stole atenna off all cars second month I was there.
