Apartment Review for Nob Hill Villa Apartments - Nashville, TN

When I moved here 6 years ago, it was a wonderful, quiet complex. At that time if you did not abide by your lease you were evicted. Within the last 2 years a lot of Mexican residents have moved in that play loud music, litter the hallways of the complex with food which cause roaches, and drink all of the time. The children have recently begun to run through the buildings and slam doors. I have came out of my apartment to be greeted by beer bottles and food left in the hallways and on the grounds. Management has lost control of the complex. I will be moving at the end of my lease to let the Mexicans have it.
