Apartment Review for Nashboro Village - Nashville, TN

Well for one when I moved in a lot of crap didnt work, outlets, doors, lights. sink was rusted, leak under sink, tub pealing.Nothing has been fixed since, eventhough I've called the office like a million times.One of my neighbors loved to sing around 9 or 10, another one loved to get drunk and talk on his phone late hours of the night then play sad rock an roll love songs in his car loud! around 3-5. I have another neighbor with a million cats that loved to sit on your car after you get it washed, leave paw prints, oh and they also like to run in your house when your not looking. So if you move here and you have a pet, don't pay a deposit for them, just leave them outside. The leasing office wont do anything about it. The same two neighbors think that since they've lived here so damn long they can just put a patio set in front of the apartment and leave grills and dirty dishes on the steps when you first walk in. The pool is a public pool, I mean because people who dont even stay in the apartment love to come and park were they please and swim even after the pool is closed. Roaches!!! big ass roaches. now I understand that its an apartment and if someone has it it'll travel, but it takes damn near forever to get anything exterminated or even fixed in this place. lighting at night is horrible but thats not when the crime happens. That happens in daylight like the other day someone called a food place and the dilivery guy was robbed. then 30min later someone over in the other complex was robbed. Now the rude dumbass people in the leasing office didnt hear anything about that for some reason they're the 1st people you tell but the last to know.
