Apartment Review for Longwood Terrace Apartments - Nashville, TN

The Arbors of Southern Hills located at 371 Wallace Road in Nashville, TN, is one of the worst managed apartment complexes I have ever lived. It advertises that a swimming pool and laundry facility are available. However, the swimming pool is not open to anyone to actually use because it is not maintained and the laundry facility’s machines are generally out of order. They installed new doors and windows which leak worse than the old ones; so expect a very high electric bill. The main front yard is more of a mud pit than a yard. Expect to perform all maintenance yourself on your apartment including plumbing and electric. Residents typically throw trash, bottles, etc. all over the grounds. Nighttime safety is questionable because street lights and other property lights are constantly not working. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.
