Apartment Review for The Lexington - Nashville, TN

This is by far the worst apartment I've ever lived in - including married student housing (aka graduate ghetto). You will pay premium rent for low quality living conditions. The management is unconcerned about noise complaints - there is a $1500 lease breakage fee, and apparently the manager on sight is 'really good friends' with the pitiful "courtesy officer."

Between the stereos, the stomping, the broken beer bottles and cigarette butts on the stairs and walkways - lest we forget the unmonitored rumble of mufflers at 2am, the urine soaked carpet in the half bath (yes way), and limited parking filled with party guests' vehicles - this place is like ANIMAL HOUSE.
