Apartment Review for Legacy Hills Apartments - Nashville, TN

The apartment upstairs from me had a water leak over the weekend when i was out of town. I came home to a flooded apartment and no electicity. I called maintenance and they would not put me in another apartment. The came in and put fans under the carpet (using my electricity to run them) and i asked to have the carpet replaced because of my concern for mold and they refused. I called their corporate headquarters and complained about the management and how they wouldn't work with me. It took weeks for that smell to go away and never once did they even take money off my rent after i had spent the night at other places due to the water in my apartment.
