Apartment Review for Lakes Of Bellevue Apartments - Nashville, TN

The managment treat the residents as if we are low to the earth nasty inmates. They two managers (Kamatha and Holly) act as if they are warden in a 1960s prison, where no one has rights. The management staff make promises (in written documents) and still manage not to do anything they promise. Where did they get Holly? This woman should not be in sales/ customer service, she has no people skills. Has she ever heard of a little thing called customer service? Kamatha acts as if she is on the thrown and we should all bow down to her. The apartments are not worth the money you have to pay. Some residents have the exact same space and pay almost $200 less than people who have been here awhile. Mark the maintance guy has no clue what maintance is. Jason and Diane are the only ones who ever try and help and get the problem fixed. The ghetto people next door come over and use our pools and jacuzzi. There are always nasty drunk people having sex in the jacuzzi! Does Corportate have any idea how their managers treat their residents. They are always spending our rent money on making the place look nice, but if you walk into any apartment it looks like shit. The rates of the rent are continuously going up. We are told one amount and then when they put that "friendly" little note on the door it is always a different price. I dread coming home and finding a "friendly" note on my door. It could be just a simple this is a friendly letter stating that they are spending our money on some stupid apartment get together. I cannot stand even seeing the people who work here. They have fake smiles on their face and contiuously fake being nice. I would not recommend this place at all!
