Apartment Review for Knollwood Apartments - Nashville, TN

865 Bellevue is the worst apartment complex in the world. The staff is unprofessional and uneducated. They lie to you about the extra "amenities" like the "valet Trash service" which is a complete scheme to get extra money. The whole time living there the water bill was never less the 80 dollars. The manager of the property is heartless and cruel. The apartment is a dump that has been disguised by remolding. Inside the apartment there are cracks in the foundation, the hot water is constantly out, and plenty of mildew and mold in the bathrooms. This aprtment complex should be condemned! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR SCHEMES!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!! ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!
