Apartment Review for Knollwood Apartments - Nashville, TN

865 Bellevue was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff were disorganized and decietful. The apartments were poorly constructed and WAY more money than what they were worth. Half of the "amenities" promised were not even available: for example, one of the two pools was RARELY open during the summer months and the fitness center was not even open the entire time we lived there. The staff were all young and incompetent, lying about the status of construction and not getting back to us in a timely manner. We were incorrectly billed more than once, and did not receieve our money back for months. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anybody. Although it *looks* like a wonderful place, being newly remodeled, outside appearances will never make up for the behavior of the idiots that work in the office and the poorly and cheaply constructed units.
