Apartment Review for Iroquois - Nashville, TN

I have lived in many apartments, but this place is the worst I have ever lived in. Management is rude, Noisy neighbors are every where. Management and security doesn't care about the noise either. It's just your tough luck if you have bad neighbors. The apartments are falling apart. Electric bills are high because of poor insulation. the floors have holes in them. The floors creak extremely bad. Floors and ceilings are so thin that you can here your neighbors talk. There are also lot's of water leaks, hope you have lot's of renters insurance. They are good at running the good tenants off. They never give back anyones deposit. It's cheap rent but not worth the headaches.
