Once they get the money, they never care about what your needs. Even if something in the apartment is broken and needs immediate service, they always refuse to fix it and keep telling you that they don't have the parts for replacement. If you argue with them, they show very very bad rude attitude that it is your choice to live here, if you are unhappy you can move to other places. So if you wanna live here, just remind yourself you have to be prepared to do maintenance job by yourself. In addition, just let you know in advance, they DO NOT return your deposit according to most of my friends' experiences.
