Pool never open, major plumbing problems

The 2 women that run the complex never open the pool except for their own friends and family but you still get to pay for it! Consider yourself lucky if you get to swim once. Major plumbing problems too, including leaks at every faucet, leaky A/C, 5 minutes of hot water in the shower, shower makes awful noise from air in the pipes.  Need to rent an apartment?
