My perception is that the office staff takes care of your needs and answers your questions in a straight forward manner and maintenance responds to your requests professionally within 24 hours of your request. I also inquired about month to month leases when I moved in and I was told they were only offered after my initial 12 month lease term. If you choose to live at The Grove Whitworth, you will not be disappointed.
