If you rent here, it will be the single worst rental experience of your life! You will be charged $50 without warning every time you leave a bag of trash on your doorstep - for even 30 minutes. You are also charged additional "hidden" fees for everything under the sun, such as pest control, trash pickup (eventhough you have to take it to the dumpster yourself - and if you don't, it's an extra $50 on top of the monthly fee).

The leasing staff are rude, rude, rude. You will have no say in any of these additional charges. This place is definitely not a community. It's more like a prison sentence. I'm telling you - it's anything but grand. RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK!
