This place is a ghetto. It is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever seen in my life! I've seen ghettos in other states that looked better than that! The management will lie to get you to give them money to hold the apartment, then the money is nonrefundable. If you don't do gang activity, or drugs, then this place is not for you. Trust someone who saw, and left the state! Don't go here, if you want a decent home. This is not it!  Need to rent an apartment?
