Apartment Review for Elliston Quarters - Nashville, TN

Elliston Quarters is in an excellent location for any Vandy student or young professional working downtown. Near work/school ... and near great music, food, and fun. The downside: The only windows are in the bedroom so the living room/kitchen can feel stuffy. Parking. While there is one spot per unit and street parking is usually abundant (esp on weekdays), the reserved spots are very, very small. Numerous times I was unable to park in my spot since the person next to me was over the line, and I can't tell you how many times I scratched my car on the pole next to my spot. The 1st floor parks outside (at least when I lived there), and while the spots seemed wider outside, patrons of nearby restaurants frequently stole the spots or blocked residents in. My car was also broken into once while parked in the garage, but I think that can happen anywhere ... especially in a place with a location as hopping as Elliston Quarters.
