I lived here for almost three years, until 2002. I loved it! The maintenance and upkeep were phenomenal, the office staff wonderful! Gorgeous second floor apartments with skylights! Scenic Cumberland River site. The only drawback was one noisey neighbor who would not shut off his car alarm, but I didn't complain to staff so I can't complain about the neighbor.  Need to rent an apartment?
