Apartment Review for Cumberland - Nashville, TN

I have lived here with a roommate, my wife used to live here, and a group of our mutual friends has lived here and we all had bad experiences dealing with the management. All they care about is money and they lie about having contacted you to get it. They will not hesitate to press legal charges against you for charges that they never asked for in the first place. Out of the 3 groups of people I have listed here we owed over $6000 in "debts."

The building may look nice and be in a good location, but the management will dick you out of every penny you have.
