Apartment Review for Capitol Towers - Nashville, TN

I rented here for 5 months in the new efficiency. I will admit that the manager who rented the apartment was a nice person, but then he (JC) got let go. Things got worse Jan 2008 on forward, mgmt is bad. Maintenance guys are really nice and do good work. The 'owners' condos are really nice people its sad the way they get treated. However, you will be waken up every 2 hours by the Railway less then 2 blocks. The trains blast horns for 3 blocks during the night. You would have to be legally deaf to sleep more then 3 horus a night here. In March of 2008, we got the heat and air condition turned on for the first time. Sometimes the airconditioner blocks the noise of the trains blarring horns.
