Things like to fall apart and allways need maintenance. If you have children, people drive to fast, reason being that there are no speed bumps. If you live toward the front, your vehicle is safe, toward the back it is dark and many cars have been broken into. They call it a gated community, but the gate allows as many cars to go through that wish to, and seems to be allways broken or off it's rails.
