Apartment Review for Brandywine Apartments - Nashville, TN

I moved in 3/15/08. When I came to look at the apartment on 3/1/08, they said they were going to paint the door on the apartment (b/c they had stripped the paint and my door was the only one on my building with patches of paint missing) Well here it is 5/8/08, and still no paint. I've put in other requests for maintenance, and still no one has come to fix anything. I have rotten wood and a large hole in my balcony that hasn't been repaired. DO NOT MOVE IN TO AN APARTMENT, UNLESS YOU VIEW THAT EXACT ONE!! They didn't have ours available, so we viewed a similar one. Well ours is nothing like that one!!
