Apartment Review for Bradford Woods - Nashville, TN

Bradford Woods is a tempting place to live because the rent is well under that of other apartments in the same locale. Unfortunately, there are reasons for the low rent: 1) These aged apartments have been remodeled on the exterior but many of the interiors have missing or rotten trim wood, old appliances, and the original, dark green bath fixtures. 2) The maintenance staff has been very competent and helpful, but the office staff is frequently rude and seem to be ignorant/uneducated. 3) Safety has definitely been a concern for me and my wife as we've watched police search our building for perps on at least three different occasions in the last few months.
