Apartment Review for Bradford Woods - Nashville, TN

It's cheap for a reason. If you looking for easy access to drugs and prostitutes, it's a good place. If you want a safe and secure place, look elsewhere!

Our cars have been vandalized, gas siphoned, homeless people sleep in the laundryrooms in the buildings, numerous complaints about a man exposing himself, there is no security anymore, and cars have been broken into. Garbage pickups have been cut back so the dumpsters are overflowing, there are gangbangers hanging out here now because the woods are convenient for them to party in, especially in the back, and there's no security, and the lighting at night is insufficient, especially along the apartments that back the woods. People who have been evicted just move in with friends who still live here. This place is a mess. It looks nice at first glance, but it's not.

Pool had to be closed early because it was vandalized. We are looking for another place, but on a fixed senior income it's not easy.
