The place is ancient and the buildings are rotten at their core. They put lipstick on the pig, enough to trick idiots like me. But underneath the fake hardwood and new carpet is a roach infested, creaking, cracking bunch of shacks. Management and maintenance try, but don't have a fighting chance to fix it all. This place sucks. They offer $350 for referrals - $100 more than anyplace I have stayed in the past. Why? This place sucks !! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.  Need to rent an apartment?
