Apartment Review for Bradford Woods Apartment Homes - Nashville, TN

this place is horrible i can not wait until my lease is up. had i known about these people i wouldve saved up and moved somewhere else. maintence sucks and is never on time, paint jobs are awful, carpet smelled like cat or dog pee for weeks they eventually called someone to do a pet cleaning on the carpet. i had to move my furniture so they could clean then they only cleaned select areas. apt still stinks and they wont do anything about it. staff is nice but still doesnt out weigh the bad things like no parking, over occupied apts with residents that take up several parking spaces, the lack of parking and lighting, and oh yes the security that they have which you can reach at 911. did i mention you pay for the parking passes and your visitors have passes too which allow them to park in areas very far from your apartment like the dumpster or across the way. like i said nice management but honestly how often do you see the managment and how often do you come home to a crappy apt? more often a crappy apt just dont move in
