Apartment Review for Blythewood Apartments - Nashville, TN

I and my roomate have lived in the Blythewood Apartments for 4 years and it has been a wonderful place to live. For 2 young batchelors the place is completely adequate for what we need and the price couldn't be beat. Speaking to what others pay at comperable complexes, we have by far the lowest cost and feel we have just as quality of a place to live. Its in a great location for the young professional: cheap cab ride at night and quick access to all of Green Hills and the interstate. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit had plenty of space of 2 guys and visitors if necessary. Gianikas has been a great property management group. They consistently maintain the grounds to an acceptable level and anytime we have had a maintenance requst they have been very prompt in having someone come out and look at it, and repair what was needed.
