Apartment Review for Belle Valley Apartments - Nashville, TN

I have lived there for 7 mo. and during that time we have had:I have had a broken garbage disposal for 6mo because no one would come fix it. I have had 2 checks stolen out of our mailbox! I had to ask them on three seperate occasions to change the key before they would. After the ROBBERY AT GUNPOINT that took place on the porch below me, there was no increase in security, and they would not let anyone out of their lease to relocate, not even my neighbors who were the ones robbed at random. They have shut the water off on several with little or no notice when it is a free service. And there has been a mold issue that has not been resolved. And they have refused my rent check becasue it was a day late.
