Apartment Review for Belle Valley Apartments - Nashville, TN

Before reading this, please understand that I realize there will be a certain amount of noise in an apartment setting. Numerous time I complained of loud parties on the balconies at 2/3 in the mornings followed by trash in the parking lot. One tenant was so drugged out that he broke into cars and jumped off the the balcony. Yes, you can write a complaint to management and the only thing they will do is put up a note and say please don't do this. Managment in the complex is simply filling vacancies and not screening. Speed bumps should slow drivers down but it does not. If you drive too slowly, they ride your tail. Loud music from cars can be heard throughout the complex and during times you know management is in the office. Nothing is done. If you are a honest-hard working individual please don't move to Belle Valley Apartments who values sleep...don't move here. You can put your $700/ $800 to better use. Oh, and if you have a problem and call security - they can't get involved. Go Figure!
