Apartment Review for Bavaria Apartments - Nashville, TN

I would like to start by sayn this review should have already been written. I went to bavaria because it was in the area i was lookin 4 and the price was rite. I was 8 mos pregnant when i applied for the apartment. They didn't hav the 1 i wanted up for veiwn so I settled on seeing a townhome. I told the staff that i need 2 know the status of my app cause i wanted to be moved in b4 my baby was born. after 2wks the guy said we were aproved and to come sign the lease and I could move in. I rented a uhal and had everything loaded up 2 b moved in. We get to the office and got a run around. They said we wasn't approved then they said they had to wait on a some1 to cal them back. Then they said our app hadn't even been processed. by this time i was 9mos. I went off on every1 in the office I spent more money tryn 2 move in then actually getn in. The manager must have felt bad cause he called me and apologized and offered me to move in with a huge discount. I accepted because my funds were low afta that run around nd coming out of pocket 4 renting 2 storages the uhal and paying the movers. when we got ready to move in they didn't even walk in with us they just showed us where it was. when we got in the apartment was a hot mess. The appliances were old the carpet was nasty and so much more. I called the office and they said they would take care of it. I went n2 labor. moved in a week later n nothing was done. I was desperate and decided 2 stay and take care of the problems 1 @ a time. whenthey came 2 fix the sink i asked could they clean the carpet because i have a baby n when its time 4 her 2 crawl i dnt want her on this floor. i din't even want 2 walk on it barefoot. they told me itwas cleaned and dat it was just old and there was nothing they could do. wtf. I'm going to wrap this up because i could write. Anyway i was there 3 mos b4 i decide to break my lease and in that time the people rite across frm us got n2 a shot out rite in the breeze way no lie. the vice came and raided their spot 2 2 in the morning and knocked on our door to try to get us to tell if we knew anything about our neighbors. we didnt know nothin we stayed to ourselves. then the guy down stairs from us go jacked rite outside our window. we heard the commotion and my husband look out and saw what was going on the guys were running away and our neighbor was on the ground. And my husband being the guy he is went to check on the guy and the guy treated him like he had sumthin to do with it. afta that th guy carried his gun around taking in and out his car so people could see it. and 1 day my husband stepson infant and i were returning from the store and he got out of his car with it and said i bet that shit wont happen again. wtf. I don't know if he was trying to show out or what. we didn't know him and he didn't know us. then a lady got her house shot n2 around the curve of the apts. we stayed in the back in bld N. The lights in the breeze way stay out for 3wks b4 they put a bulb in it. My husband did not want me to leave the house when it got dark. anyway it became to much 4 us and we broke our lease in dec.
