Apartment Review for Bavaria Apartments - Nashville, TN

i moved in to a 2 br townhome a few months ago and so far so good! its a great price and good location too.plus i have 2 walk in closets-1 of whcih i use as a small office space. my town home also has a view of the lake so i am happy with my decision to rent here. my neighbors are friendly and we even get together to go walk our dogs at night when we get home from work. security is here often and its nice to know that they are around in case of an emergency. i havent needed many maintenance repairs done but when i did need somethin the maintenance team came right away. some of these other reviews are funny to me. when the cops are here serving papers they are for evictions-ive watched it happen. come see the place for yourself. if you dont cause any trouble and if you pay your rent on time-you will like it here too. email me if you have any more questions-but i have already had 1 friend move in because of me and i will tell anyone else the same.
