Apartment Review for Bavaria Apartments - Nashville, TN

This place is NOT as bad as everyone says it is. I moved in a few months ago, and I am still happy here so far. i know a long time ago they didnt run background checks, but they do now, so of course it will take a little while to clean the place up. but seriously-so far-so good. Sure-things happen and every now and then you see the police. but things happen everywhere you go-not just here. I am happy with the security that is here, and i've never had any problems with anyone. my neighbors are nice and we all get along well. i have only had a few minor issues with my apartment and as soon as i told the office the guys fixed the issues the same day. come see the place for yourself. if you read the reviews at any other places that you are looking at, they will all be the same...some really good and most really bad. i bet you wont find that many good reviews ANYWHERE. its what this site is for...negativity. plus-i heard they are doing upgrades on some apartments in august-so if you want to pay a little more for some upgrades than do it-just stop complaining.
