Apartment Review for Bavaria Apartments - Nashville, TN

I just moved in a 2 bedroom at Bavaria 2 weeks ago and i am very happy so far. My rent is 569 + 45 for water/trash (which the office ppl told me about before i moved in) and its a great price for a good apartment. i moved into one of the upgraded apartments and i really like my home. havent had any problems with roaches or any other bugs-but i keep my place clean. i had a few small maintnance requests when i moved in but the maint. guys came the same day to fix the problem-so no big deal. it's an apartment folks-remember that. things are going to happen just like they do everywhere else. just make sure you look at your apartment before you make a decision-wherever you end up! oh yea-i referred a friend of mine to move in and they also gave me $350 off my rent. you cant beat that....
