Apartment Review for Bavaria Apartments - Nashville, TN

These are some of the filthiest apartments I have ever seen in my life. They are out dated and pest infested. The rent is way too expensive.... and for what? ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!!!! Dirt, filth, and oh yes.... the office staff is rude, dishonest, and disrespectful. BEWARE, these people trick their tenants into another full term lease agreement without any warning and/or signature. Bavaria is well known by creditors as they have ruined the credit of MANY MANY MANY MANY TENANTS!
