Apartment Review for Archstone Briley Parkway - Nashville, TN

This place is a dump- you wouldn't guess it from the outer appearance. The so-called maintenace workers are a joke- actually more like a nightmare. Lighting is horrible in the walkways, they let people keep their stinky trash outside their doors, major spider problems on the property, a/c's are loud and noisy, parking is nonexistent, and did i mention slugs coming out of the drains in the the bathrooms? my electric smke detector started going off and wouldnt stop around midnite so i called the 24 hr emegerncy line - an HOUR later i got a call back - real helpful, told me just to flip the breaker and they'd fix it the next day - of course the office didnt know about the problem the next day. what a breeding ground for incompetence. live anywhere but here unless you like slumming it and showering with slugs.
