Apartment Review for Brandywine Apartments - Nashville, TN

Hi I lived at Brandywine for 2 years. The apartments were OK but there were 3 fires while I lived there. Tennis court is full of dog shit and club house and swimming pool is always closed.The only good thing we liked was that it was good for walking in the evening. One of my friends who lived there had to break his lease as he was moving to california and the management said that they have to pay the rent for the rest of the lease ( over 9 months). With great difficulty he managed to get a sub lease and when the sub leasing guy went to the office they offered a cheaper apartment for him thereby making my friend pay for the rest of the lease. Few months later we were thinking of moving to a different apartment in the same complex as they were cheaper than what we currently pay. The girl in the office told my wife to get a ride as my wife does n't have a car. When she got another friend with a car and went back to the office she was told that the apartment was just rented out to someone else. The girl was basically fooling around just to make sure that we did not get a cheaper apartment... save yourself all the pain, go to a place where people respect your business.
