Apartment Review for Brandywine Apartments - Nashville, TN

I am not a smoker. There are people below me, beside me, and behind me that smoke. My apartment ALWAYS smells like smoke when these people light up. The guy behind me has sex all the time and I can hear him getting his groove on. The other guy next to me likes weather channel music way too much. The man below me blasts chinese music. The maintence staff wastes gas money on golf carts...no wonder my rent is going up! I am moving out in August and couldn't be happier. The only thing I like about this place is the satisfaction in knowing I have a cover over my car to protect it from hail, ice, snow, rain, etc.
