| | | | Review Title: Save Your Money | | | | | | Reviewer: Jlinds72 | | | | Review Date: 7/6/03 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | The Lexington is beautifully landscaped, the apartments are fairly new, and it includes 2 swimming pools, workout facilities, etc.The problem is the lack of customer service from the sometimes rude office staff.Service requests go unanswered for several months, until the problem becomes severe.Neighbors car alarms go off at all hours of the night & day, without any concern from the management that this might disturb their residents.We love our apartment itself, but noise from outside as well as neighboring apartments carries into our own too easily sometimes making it difficult to relax in our own home. | | | | |
