Unclean upon move in, horrendous condition of carpets throughout the unit are just the beginning points. Interested in remaining cool in the summer via use of the a/c ? Dont move to Ridgelake....at least 70% of the time the apparatus will be faulty. Interested in being warm in the winter ? DON'T move to Ridgelake unless you like paying in excess of 120 dollars a month for heating. Like prompt attention to damages incurred to personal belongings on the part of the management ? Forget about living at Ridgelake. They will fail to pay you, let alone get back in a timely fashion. Management is INEPT and DISORGANIZED. The only positive thing I can say is that I will be moving out in two months. BE FOREWARNED AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! | | | | |
